The Department of the Interior, National Business Center's Acquisition Services Directorate would like to inform our customers about some important dates related to acquisition actions for Fiscal Year 2012.
In order to ensure that we can meet your needs for acquisition actions in FY 2012 and at the outset of
FY 2012, we would like to communicate the following timelines for both new projects and modifications.

The Department of the Interior, National Business Center’s Acquisition Services Directorate has issued a memorandum to inform customers about its transition to the Department of the Interior’s enterprise-wide Financial and Business Management System (FBMS).

The Department of the Interior, National Business Center’s Acquisition Services Directorate would like to remind our customers that the end of Fiscal Year 2011 is fast approaching. The last date for making contract awards for Fiscal Year 2011 is September 30, 2011. All contract awards and modifications must be complete by this date.

The Department of the Interior, National Business Center’s Acquisition Services Directorate has been selected as the winner of the Chief Acquisition Officers Council Acquisition Excellence Award for their efforts on the Military OneSource Program. The CAO award was presented to acquisition team members of the MOS Program on May 5, 2010, at the GSA Training Conference & Exposition in Orlando, FL.
