The new Electronic Servicing Environment (ESE) allows Federal agencies to monitor their procurement intake status in real-time.
ESE is a procurement management tool that is available to you 24/7 with secure access. It features transparent business processes, electronic workflows, email notifications, and more. ESE is versatile enough for all our clients, linking you to key forms, templates, and information, that facilitate the completion of all types of procurements supported by AQD.
We are excited to showcase our expertise and acquisition services within yet another seamless, online solution for all of our valued clients. ESE, in addition to our current electronic tools, GovPay™ and our Financial Summaries Portal, offers a new and exciting benefit to all Federal agencies seeking acquisition assistance.
These tools now offer you additional transparency and insight into the acquisition process starting with the intake process as well as the ability to view your financial summaries, and to approve and track invoices through our award-winning electronic invoicing system, GovPay™. The Acquisition Services Directorate combines technology with proven business processes to provide you outstanding acquisition support.
