On May 22, 2006, the DOI Office of the Solicitor issued a Memorandum addressed to Nina Hatfield, Deputy Assistant Secretary, Business Management and Wildland Fire,
which provides answers to four questions posed by the Inspectors General of DOI and DoD as part of their joint review of DOI`s interagency acquisition services.
